One of my favorite things about Leadership Indianapolis is seeing others succeed. Looking at the new SKL Class roster each year and seeing friends, colleagues and those I’ve mentored be on that list and understanding the impact that it’s going to have on them … seeing that excitement and that buzz is a highlight of the process.
